The ListenDesk Dashboard is a business tool I developed for ListenDeck, a podcast production company operating from New Jersey.

ListenDeck has a large number of podcasts in production at any given time, and the Dashboard serves as a tool to manage these processes.
The Dashboard helps ListenDeck manage the production team and see at a moment’s glance where in the process any episode current stands, and drilling down into individual episodes and using the various tools is fast and simple.
Over the last 2 years of development we have incorporated many new features, most recently ChatGPT-powered AI tools that assist ListenDeck in quickly and easily generating various supporting content for the episodes. Uploading a full transcript of the episode allows the dashboard to generate, with a single click, 10 episode title suggestions, episode summaries, as well as bulleted point key takeaways.
The Dashboard allows ListenDeck to paste links to content, which is served back to the production team, as well as to clients, through episode and client portals.
The Dashboard system is also integrated with the client’s Google Calendar, allowing him to tag events he creates in Google calendar with an episode ID, and the system intelligently connects the episode ID to the listing in the dashboard along with the event type, the date and time, as well as the guests and hosts names.
